Honestly one of the best experiences I've had working with any trade. I had a situation where a previous contractor had installed a wall heater and left without completing the job, and my house is in escrow to sell. I called and explained what I had and needed over the phone, and what I needed done. Jacob came over later in the  afternoon the same day,  with the parts he thought he needed and extra just in case. Living Air Design was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Home Repair contractor of any sort!  This means a lot considering I've been managing rental properties for over 40 years!   Their estimates are very comprehensive, detailed and prices are very competitive.  Manager Jacob was a breath of fresh air to deal with! We had the pleasure of working with Jacob from Living Air Design. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Additionally, he gave us honest advice for other things like home insulation & roofing that our home inspector did not when purchasing the house. Our ac unit was having issues with not blowing cool air, so I called Living Air. They were able to make schedule for the next day (super quick). Our technician, Cris, was very communicative with what he was going to look at and what could be the issue/fix. Our capacitor was broken, so he was able to replace it right away. Living Air Design was the perfect fit for what we wanted with our HVAC system replacement. They had the system we wanted, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and our technician Chris came and installed it the way it should be installed. I did plenty of research before deciding on a ductless recessed mini split since my older home does not have central air. After comparing cost of materials and labor, Living Air Design provided a very fair estimate considering the complexity of the project due the minimal clearance above the ceiling. The lead service tech, Cris, and his team were able to install the system in a very clean and concealed way.
