I had a situation where a previous contractor had installed a wall heater and left without completing the job, and my house is in escrow to sell. I called and explained what I had and needed over the phone, and what I needed done. Jacob came over later in the  afternoon the same day,  with the parts he thought he needed and extra just in case. A good thing he thought ahead as it needed more than what we thought, but thankfully he came prepared. My heaters up and running and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

They were able to make schedule for the next day (super quick). Our technician, Cris, was very communicative with what he was going to look at and what could be the issue/fix. Our capacitor was broken, so he was able to replace it right away. The whole experience was very smooth and professional. After comparing cost of materials and labor, Living Air Design provided a very fair estimate considering the complexity of the project due the minimal clearance above the ceiling. The lead service tech, Cris, and his team were able to install the system in a very clean and concealed way.  Verified Had a really, really great experience with the guys here, including Greg and Jacob (who was our technician). We had a SAMSUNG mini split that we really like, but has had some problems over the years with leaks and low freon. Very, very frustrating. These guys know all AC types and models, and one of the brands they are particularly expert in are Samsungs, which is one of the biggest reasons why I gave them a call. I was hesitant because there was only one other review for them here, but figured they might be hungry to prove their value and boy, did they ever. I can definitely confirm that they are the real deal. Jacob really knows his stuff (I had been hearing a few "different" things from different techs about what was causing our problems, and Jacob was the one who was ultimately "right" [and I also got the feeling from him that he knew he was right, if that makes sense] ... which also saves having to spend more time and money repairing and rediagnosing) and gave our system a clean bill of health for a much lower cost than we feared, told us some existing work was fine and didn't need replacing (when he could have pushed that), and actively at the end took a nice chunk off our final invoice for work that he didn't end up having to do. Not to mention, they are EXTREMELY responsive, thorough, and attentive. Whatever your AC need, PLEASE just do yourselves a favor and give Living Air a call first.

 Verified I reached out on Yelp today trying to get help with a Honeywell HVAC system. The remote control was not working and I was possibly going to need a service call. Rather than just quoting me a price for that visit, the owner Greg walked me through the steps on trying to fix it. After a few attempts we came to the conclusion it was a bad remote. He offered further assistance to have someone come out for replacement parts and service. I would highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and wonderful customer service, especially these days. It's hard to find honest and nice people sometimes. Thank you!
